Introduction Text I have been dedicated to healthy living for about 40% of my adult life. I have weight swings, from a high of 270 to a low of 185, and back to 225. With the Help of Spark People, I am again down to 205 as of Jan 29, 2010. I had a setback... got carried away Update: 16 Apr 2010: 198 lbs Got serious again to take off the excess poundage... I wish I had caught it when I was up only 2 pounds...
