Introduction Text My Plan: 1. Track all food on Spark tracker 2. Wear my Fitbit and Apple Watch to track exercise; 10,000 steps a day 3. Stay within my calorie range 4. 30 minutes daily walking and 3x per week other exercise, whether it is cardio, ST, yoga or other stretching or balance activity. Recent fun is a recumbent bike. 5. Hit the beach or the pool often!

1. Walk 30 minutes a day, aiming for 10,000 steps. 2. Follow 20 minute ST or yoga routine 3x a week. 3. Stay within my calorie range. 4. Exercise my brain!

I am tracking what I eat, keeping healthy food in the house, and trying to avoid "trigger" junk food for now. I've scheduled regular exercise into my week and am using the fitness tracker. I log into Spark every day.

Yo-yo dieter in the past & so glad I found SP. Married, mother to 2, stepmother to 2, grandma to 9. Retired teacher.

Avid crafter,reader and quilter, however, I'm doing less sitting and more moving now! We travel all over in our RV.
