    I see by your counter that you want to lose more and I have no doubt that you will after all that you have accomplished so far.

    We have a very similar start weight, and seeing that you have done so well is inspiring to me. ~S~ I would like to thank you for sharing your tracker with your fellow SparkPeople. It helps to see that someone else has accomplished what I am working toward.

    Oh, and btw, have fun with the 10 minute exercise challenge! (That is where I came across your Spark page) I just joined today and am hopeful that it will start me out on a path toward real change; after all, even the longest of roads can still be taken with the smallest of steps right? ~S~
