Introduction Text Hi!!! I am very excited about reaching my goal weight. i plan on going on a calorie counting diet,walking every day either outdoors or on my tread mill, staying away from sugar,breads,and junk foods. I would enjoy anyone wanting to join me in this new life style eating and exercising adventure,anyone interested??

To meet my desired weigh to also feel good about myself and to be healthier..

I plan on counting calories,drinking 8 glasses of water daily, and walking 2 to 4 miles weather permitting..

Hi i'm Gloria..I live in southeast Missouri in a little town called Patterson.. with the love of my life of 50 years .. We are both very much involved in our church.

My number one is my Lord and savior..spending quality time with my sweet husband,my sunday school class,visiting the elderly in the local nursing homes, blessing and doing for others,enjoying my computer ,collecting recipes,cooking and baking,gardening, shopping , eating out and shopping with my buddies, watching good family movies,and walks with my hubby...
