This is a pivotal year for me. I’m so excited about the changes in my life and I’m looking forward to what this year holds – completing everything on my Top 50 list. This list includes a wide variety of, what I believe to be, achievable goals.

A few weeks ago I asked the question, “what would it take for me to change?” I received back wonderful responses, but the bottom line is the change needs to be within me. If I’m not committed, I can’t change and I can’t rely on others to do it for me. I would hate for a change to be brought about by some catastrophic event.

So my change begins with me believing in myself, knowing that there are people out there who truly care about me but that I have to be the one to make it happen.

It means letting go of stress, letting go of the toxic people in my life. It’s time and I am ready. I WILL do this! Ready, set…..

My Goals:
Top 10 of the 50
- Attend church on a consistent basis.
- Maintain a weight loss of 2 lbs per week.
- Increase fruits and veggies 4-5 times per day.
- Exercise at least 3 days per week
- Tell my children I love them everyday
- Spend at least 30 minutes writing.
- Post a Spark people blog at least 2-3 times per week.
- Spend at least one weekend a month visiting my parents.
- Set up a household budget
- Go on a vacation
