Thanks for commenting on my blog. Feel free to borrow my idea of making monthly goals. Having goals to strive for and checking progress is really helpful to me. As for the activity minutes. I have nearly a half acre lot and I have bedded a lot of it so I have a lot to do. Since I like it it is not a chore. Exercise needs to be something you like. 3274 days ago
