Introduction Text I'm a 45 year old mother of 4. Happily married to a wonderful man. I have had 3 knee surgeries a few years ago, and major back surgery. I have fallen off the weight loss track. I am determined to get fit and get back into the grove of things. My only down fall is not being able to do high impact exercises because of my knee, but with time maybe I can. Before my accident in 2008 I was doing great and had lost 75 pounds. I have gained about 30 of it back and I'm determined to get back into my Levis again.

My goals are: (1) to lose weight at a steady pace. (2) to eat healthier. (3) to get more active. and (4) Get more activity time in with my children.
