I live in Australia and have trouble losing weight. I had my thyroid taken out in2000 and have been struggling with yo yo dieting ever since. I got down to my goal in 2003 and then let myself relax and put it all back and more. Then I got a little depressed and now with the help of fellow spark members, I am determined to succeed.

    Thanks Anna. That's amazing Australia is doing so well with the control of Covid19 cases. The world needs to take note! At least now the US is now stopping incoming traveling unless you prove by test you don't have Covid19 and then I think they have to quarantine.

    Thank you for reading my blog. My point was to show just how easy it is to get this, as my son has tried so hard to avoid it. He's the one in the wedding picture on my SP, He's 33 now. Of course, the Aunt who had the Covid-19 has given it to her family now, as well.

    92 yo GM is getting an IV of Remdesivir on Monday, sooner if she has her oxygen drop below 90, as she has a monitor. My son has been really sick and spending most of the time in the bathroom. He has an oxygen monitor, too. My DIL has a bad headache.

    Yes, 14 years here has been well spent. I don't plan to ever go back to that 214# I was in '07.
