2017~ Is all about Choices...My choices. I know I must continue Sparking and making those daily choices that I set in place in 2016 that help me to be as fit and healthy as possible to maintain my goal weight.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
2016 ~ My goals this year are:
To slow down, be mindful when eating my food ~ focusing on plant based, whole foods, avoiding sugar and processed foods. . Add more steps to my day.
Keep challenging myself by taking classes in yoga teacher training, add more fun exercise with bike.riding,swimming...
I will try my best everyday to live a healthy and fit lifestyle. NO more beating myself up and NO more quitting...ever.
My Goals:
"It's not the mountain we conquer,
To get light enough, fit enough and strong enough to play tennis again!
My Program:
Most critical for maintenance is little to no sugar, white flour or processed foods. I do eat some but I start to crave them and to gain if I eat very much. I have free range eggs almost everyday. I get most of my fat from avocados, (lucky to have my own much of the year) olive or coconut oil. I eat as many veggies as possible and a lot of seasonal fruits.
I track steps and have a goal of 8-10K daily which I meet much of the time but no beating myself up when I do not.
I continue to give my body a rest from food 10 to 14 hours each night
Visit SP daily
Mostly plant based diet
Cultivate healthy life style habits like drinking enough water, less snacking and intuitive eating. Food Tracking when necessary for challenges or weight creep.
Exercise~Water aerobics, yoga, strength training, walking
