Back at it again. I am returning to SparkPeople for what feels like the hundredth time. I really want to succeed and lose this weight I carry around everyday! I want to be more and do more with my life than worry if I will be able to fit into my jeans after they are washed. Its time to focus on me and be selfish!

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 100 lbs this year! I am ready to Lose to Win!

My Program:
 Right now I am focusing on balanced meals. I like to have a little more protein than carbs, and make sure I am eating good fruits and veggies. Currently I drink half my body weight in ounces which is a gallon of water a day! That's insane to think of that much water but in all reality it is simple to consume and easier since I cut out pop :)
