I lost weight before my wedding in 2012 but gained it back after quitting my job to recover from cancer. Now a full-time librarian and full-time doctoral student I don't have time to get off my butt much.

I'm also now a mommy! This means losing the baby weight and concentrating on being healthy for more than just me.

My Goals:
My blood sugar, cholesterol, blood pressure and everything is all perfect, but I am looking to lose my baby weight plus the remainder of what I had to lose before I got pregnant. This totals to about 94lbs I hope to lose by New Years Day of 2021.

My Program:
I have increased my water intake to about 80-90oz per day and started eating more regularly. I have a habit of forgetting to eat and then just snacking to replace meals so this is an important part of my program.

My weight loss includes no fluids while eating or 30 minutes after, mindful eating, calorie restriction, high protein, no carbonated beverages, and no caffeine. It also includes exercise, which I try to do 30-45 minutes of cardio 5 days per week, 30-45 minutes of resistance or strength training 2-3 days per week, and 40 minutes of a different exercise once per week. I also try to get in a 30-40 minute afternoon walk during my lunch break when the weather is suitable.

Personal Information:
I'm a 32 year old doctoral student in Nebraska. I love to snuggle my baby, play video and board games, read, and watch Netflix with my cats. I also enjoy adult coloring.
