My plan for the holidays that worked last year was to not make any sweets. I usually make a lot. Then I also tried to avoid the lounge as much as possible at work when people were bringing in things to eat. I stayed focused on the exercise and did a lot of self talk telling myself no I dont need that in my body. I did well last year with these tactics. Maybe it will help. It takes lots of will power.
