Introduction Text Now that I'm heading into another year of my life, I think it's time to update my profile. After losing Halas on 12/13/14, I no longer own a horse, but I do have my rescue/soap opera kitties - Sami and EJ. Except for a few weeks here and there, I've been obese my entire life, and the most I've weighed is 272 pounds. Since I'm Madam Yo-Yo, I've dieted and eaten my way back to that weight several times. My mantra has become "I don't want to be a crippled old lady", so it's time to make some permanent changes to my attitude and eating habits.

My fitness goals are deadlifting 150 pounds and holding a plank for 5 minutes. I want to be happy and healthy. It's also important to me to finally break my additive and binge eating habits.

I will continue my fitness regimen, because it's working. I've been overweight/fat/obese/whatever you want to label it all my life. Relating to food differently is a priority. I will stop dieting and start living.
