My Goals:
My golds is to get healthy so God can use me as he pleases in his service.

to start I need to loss 65 pounds.

I must burn 1200 calories per week.

My Program:
 I am on a 1710-2060

calories per day diet.

I go to Fitness One

3 time per week for water aerobics.


Personal Information:
I love to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ.

I like to hear good music, to travel,

and to do ceramics

I like the Sims, I love the family life

I like poetry

Other Information:
 I like Sprike TV

I like Sci-fi, becase I know it is not real, it's a thrill.
