Fitness Minutes: 59,058

My Goals:
I will be a size 10.

I will swim a mile in one shot. I did it over winter break, in early 2012!

I will learn how to do a flip turn and dive into the pool.

I want to swim in the ocean and participate in water related activities.

Be Joyful by meditating, stretching, or yoga.

Take time for people.

The Tabata Program
The Tabata workout lasts only four minutes, but is one of the longest four minutes you'll encounter. The structure of the program is:

Workout hard for 20 seconds
Rest for 10 seconds
Complete eight rounds

    if you want to figure out why and when you should journal or blog at the time when it happens. how you feel, what's going on, what you're craving, absolutely everything that's in your head.

    eventually you'll see a pattern in what you're doing and you can take steps to not let yourself get out of control. it won't happen overnight but you can do it!

    I think it means-- do you eat only when you're hungry? Or even when you're not? Do you eat because you're hungry, or because you're emotional? If you eat when you're not hungry and because you had a bad day at work, are you unhappy with that? If so, what are you going to do to fix it?
