Loving this website!Currently at 124 after being 165lbs. ideally id like to be 115lbs so only 9lbs to go, can't wait to see what that looks like on me. I hope it makes a big difference in terms of what i look like now Hopefully ill finally stick to getting my goal and get past that plateau that i always hit and yoyo around!

My Goals:
get rid of my body fat! im starting to get really fit and im working out hard and totally enjoying it but whilst im building muscle i feel like im not losing body fat! the main problem is my stomach and thighs, fat NEVER leaves this area

My Program:
 i keep between 1200-1400 calories most days (if im really bad ill go to 1600 or be at 1100. but i usually aim for 1300. I work out 5 times a week with 50-60 minutes of cardio and a 40minute strengthening routine. I just started introduing carbs back into my meals so we'll see if i still lose weight!


Personal Information:
Living in England and missing Canada like crazy. Lived there for a year last year and i cant wait to o back!

Other Information:
 I love weight training!

    Hello, You look really good. I am just a little confused about your weight scale. It says your start weight is 308 and your current weight 275, but on your pics your 125 and your heaviest 165.

    Just wondering if they're old pics or the scale is wrong on your profile. Either way you are beautiful.

    Hey girl! Just wanted to stop in and say hi. Noticed you left me a message in January - haven't been on much. We found out in January that we're FINALLY pregnant! :) So, I'll obviously be taking a break from this weight loss thing. :) I was 129 when I got pregnant, so I'm hoping to get right back down to that (and lower) once I deliver in June/July. I will definitely be on here at that point (as time allows) trying to get back in shape!

    How have things been going for you? How is your weight loss journey? You are looking fabulous in your pics!!
