Hello Spark,
Yup, its me again! I completely took a LOOOOOONG hiatus because......My husband and I had a baby!!!! And with that comes the dreaded weight we're all left with as a result, ha! So its time to revisit the place I found the most success with loosing weight and staying fit!

Allow me to reintroduce myself! My name is Becca and I'm here to do some serious work! I joined Spark back in January 2010 and have been a horrible fair weather friend, lol! I'm 5'6 and started this weight loss journey at 165 lbs but currently weigh 158 lbs. I still have a lot of work to do! Before the baby, I was 134 lbs, so cue the violin as I weep:( I've never had more then 10 lbs to loose at one time so this seems VERY daughnting, but I know I can do it! My goal is to reach 126 lbs by the time my husband deploys this fall...Better get to it!!

Fitness Minutes: 721

My Goals:
Loose 16 pounds total- Mini goal of loosing 4 pounds by December 27th because that is my 2 year anniversary! I have a sexy little black dress that I am going to wear and I want to make it sing:) Also get fit, stay in shape, make it a life style build muscle, and just feel healthy!

My Program:
1200-1550 calorie diet a day-

At least six 8 0z. glasses of water a day-

Cut out calorie drinks like cokes and sweet tea...I'm from the south so I'm gonna miss my sweet tea!

watching my fats and carbs-

Finding balanced meals that will keep me energized. planning this out can be tough for me!!!

Get back into my running! I have a 10k lined up for March so I stay accountable and actually run it!

Allow myself a cheat item once a week so long as I do not go over 2,000 calories with it-

Encourage myself daily and never talk bad about my mistakes, only fix them!

Reward myself once I reach 125 pounds. A new pair of running shoes possibably?

    YES! Those rolls are ridiculously awesome, and unfortunately bread is always my downfall! I am back to the grind today, planning and eating well. Planning is the key for me and really trying to eat my calories from clean unprocessed foods-specifically unprocessed carbs! I need to not do a cheat day like I did-especially when it turns into a cheat weekend! Good luck on your week!!

    Thanks Becky! Youre comment really cheered me up...Yep...7 more and Ill be below 200! Im gonna try to post the vlog tonight, but Ill have to see. My water is not running here at the apartment and I have to get that figured out right now. Turns out one of the main waterlines in the basement busted, so they are supposed to have it fixed by tonight. Hopefully so I can take a shower or I may need to sponge bath in the morning:))

    Thanks for the advice. I have heard that before, but it's hard to feel good about letting myself "shock" my body. I will plan at least one day where I take a day off and eat more than the 1200-1500 calories.

    My boyfriend is looking to join the army pretty soon. What is it like being an army wife? I have absolutely no idea what to expect! I hope that you have a good weekend :)

    Thanks for all of the sweet blog comments. That meant a lot! Im just keeping busy with work (Im starting three more part time tutoring jobs soon ...One at the Samsung Factory and two others ith private individuals. My puppy is keeping me bust too. She doesnt bark a whole lot and I hope that doesnt change. I have to take her to the vet on Saturday. Hope you are well. Hows Robert?
