I believe that we actually have a choice in how we age, whether we remain healthy, mobile and pain-free throughout life, but believing is not enough. Apart from mishaps of nature, accidents, etc. our habits decide our future. Something we do daily is creating the future.

My decisions have created my circumstances; I can always change my decisions if my reality is not working for me. I can adapt and overcome any situation.
