A Healthier Grandma is Coming!


I am a retired special education teacher living in southern Missouri with my husband, also a retired teacher. I have 2 children and 6 grandchildren. My husband and I are enjoying our retirement and are active with our church. I also volunteer with the local hospital auxillary and help make bible books for the blind. I love spending time with my children and grandchildren whenever I can. I am hoping that by adopting a healthier lifestyle I will be able to spend more quality time with my family ...

My goals are:
1. lose 50 pounds and keep them off
2. Increase my energy level
3. Wear size 14

My Program:
 I am working on the Spark program to lose weight.


Personal Information:
I am 62 years old and live in southwest Missouri. My husband and I moved here 33 years ago from Michigan and love this area.

Other Information:
 I love reading history, especially American history. My mother became an American citizen when I was 5 years old and she instilled in me how fortunate we are in this country. She was a young girl during WWII in Germany.
