Sparkpeople helped me lose over 50 pounds several years ago. Then my life got super crazy and I stopped using Sparkpeople and stopped exercising. I gained it all back and more!
I am back to try again. Older, 95% retired, with a 9 year old adopted daughter (my bio grand daughter) and things are still crazy; but I don't like the way I look and feel. Lose 5 pounds by Feb 28.
Cut smoking in half to 1/2 pack a day by Feb. 28.
Exercise at least 4 days a week starting now.
My Program:
Exercise a minimum of 150 minutes a week, mostly using my Wii. Start out working on balance and slowly add strength and endurance.
Personal Information:
I work part time from home. Single mom with 3 grown children and 1 elementary school daughter (9 years old).
Other Information:
I just lost my beloved Yorkie one week after Thanksgiving and still cannot get over grieving for him.
