My Goals:
OK, so I saw this idea on a friend's page, and loved it so much, I've adapted it to my own life.

Here are my weight goals:

~ 203 lbs (starting weight, Dec 25/09)

~ 196 (my 35th birthday) - Jan 22/10 - DONE!

~ 185 (not 'obese' anymore & G's 2nd bday) - Aug 31/10 - DONE!

~ 180 (10% of my starting weight) - Sep 23 /10

~ 173 (30 lbs down) - Oct 22/10

~ 170 (pre-baby weight) - Nov 7/10

~ 163 (40 lbs lost) - Dec 8/10

~ 160 (weight I was when I met Blair in '07) - Dec 25/10

~ 153 (50 lbs gone & my 36th bday) - Jan 22/11

~ 149 (love is in the air!) - Feb 14/11

~ 143 (60 lbs - Whoo-hoo!) - Mar 11/11

~ 139 (my bro's bday) - Apr 5/11

~ 133 (70 lbs - WHAT?!) - Apr 28/11

~ 130 (GOAL!!) - May 16/11

My Program:
I have recently started working out at a local MMA gym. No, you definitely will not see me in a cage match against GSP anytime soon! The class I attend is the Fighter Fit class - all of the conditioning, but none of the sparring. My arms and shoulders are like jell-o as I type this, after tonight's workout!

Being in the food business, I'm still trying to get a handle on eating for weightloss. It's really hard! I have to 'quality test' stuff I make... :)

I think I'll just try to stay within my calorie range & make healthier choices (ie: not an entire piece of brownie... just a nibble!). I have a few food sensitivities that I'm working on, too...

I'm Rachel and I live in Northern Ontario. I gained a whole lotta weight while I was pregnant (ya, my baby's not a newborn anymore), and it's time for it (the poundage, not the baby!) to go.

I'm a super busy mom who operates a busy catering company & who has just opened up a restaurant.

I'm making a resolution right now to make my weight loss journey all about me! I will prioritize!

    Boy, you are busy!!!! Good luck with your restaurant!! Maybe if I ever make it up your way....I'll stop in for a treat of a meal!!!

    I joined a little backwoods gym here in our little podunk town, lol. I go with a girlfriend 3 times a week so it's really fun and we're both losing weight again!!

    Glad you're back on Spark and I wish you all the luck to get closer to your goal!!!!

    I'm finally "totally" back on track!! Joined a local gym with a friend last week and been sticking to my diet everyday!! Already lost the pounds that crept back on me over the holidays. :)

    Hi Rachel!! How've you been??? I haven't been on Spark too much lately. I'm at such a standstill right now with the weight that I'm just too frustrated to check in everyday!!!! I keep bouncing between 178-172. I just can't seem to get past it!!!! I've changed up my food, my exercise routine..........EVERYTHING!!! I just can't seem to find the right combination, lol. Whew....didn't realize I needed to vent!! So how are things with you??? Hopefully better than me!! LOL
