I'm a retired teacher after 32 years of teaching mostly middle school students. I've taught in districts in Tennessee, Louisiana and Texas: math, social studies, and language arts. I've subbed several years during my retirement.
I love to read, study, and walk for exercise.
I have 3 granddaughters, 2 sons, and a great standard poodle puppy, a work in progress!

My Goals:
I want to strengthen my body through exercise to enable me to travel to see my sons and granddaughters, continue to be independent, healthy, and to fulfill God's will for my life.
My Program:
My original goal was to achieve a weight of 125 with marked muscle strength and definition. I want to make good food choices with a reduction in foods that cause inflammation. I'm interested in mindfulness and how it can reduce stress and increase energy.
