    What did the course consist of? There is a 24-hour Fitness about 45 minutes from here and you have piqued my interest.

    Also, please don't get offended... I just check out you picture again and wanted to compliment you own you... bottom... It looks like you have put a lot of work into it. Any tips for a guy with virtually no bottom?
