You cannot plough a field by turning it over in your mind.


New year, new me... I turned the big 50 in September and that was enough motivation, I want to get back to 135 pounds and a slimmer, trimmer, firmer me. Joined the gym, working on becoming stronger both physically and mentally. The exercise has paid off, now to work on the abs..... that is this 10 weeks challenge... thinking about another 5km in the spring.. daughters wedding in May and a dress that is a little snug... needing to fit...

no more flabby arms
cardiovascular fitness
flexibility
endurance
tone abdomen and thighs
decrease stress
increase energy

My Program:
 Gym
Treadmill 3 times /week
running and walking on incline
Cardio kick boxing classes 2-3 times / week
muscle blast class 2-3 times /week
Weights overall


Personal Information:
50 married mother of 4, working fulltime

Other Information:
 biking to and from work 2km... gym 5-6 days / week

    I stopped by today to spend a few minutes getting to know you a little through your SparkPage. I am delighted to be joining you in the Black Panther BL Spring into Action Challenge and have added you as a SparkFriend. Together, with encouragement, determination, and persistence, we can do this!!

    For me, for this Challenge, each day my mantra will be --- “I CHOOSE to .....!” At times I may fall down, but I can CHOOSE to get up! At times I may stumble, but I can CHOOSE to go on! At times it may seem impossible, but I can CHOOSE to make one right choice at a time! I can CHOOSE to prevail!! And I will!!!!! So can you!!
