Introduction Text I am 62 and love my life ~ I want to release 25 pounds this year in a balanced eating and exercise program. Also to hold a positive feeling and joy about my body ~ a focus on self love. I begin a new each day!

lose 18 pounds. Enjoy the process each day. Love my body and my life.

Walk and do yoga daily. Weights 3 x week. Ride bike 3 times a week. Enjoy learning about cooking. Read and do energy tapping daily.

I live in on the Oregon coast and in Portland. I have a wonderful husband and a great dog. We have two grown daughters, one is a 34 year old world traveler and one is a 43 year old teacher... Both are amazing. We have two grandchildren, girls, who inspire us! Blessed! I work as a family therapist and yoga teacher in private practice focusing on older adults. I also teach integral thought.

I love yoga, mindfulness meditation, reading, integral philosophy. I also love sewing upcycled clothing and practicing energy medicine.
