Howdy I am Cathe. Thanks for stopping by. Excited to start my Health and Wellness Journey! Moving forward and taking it one step at a time.Staying focused, committed and positive. Living life for today and making each and everyday count. I am going to be a winner with a Happy and Healthy Heart!
Was away for a few years for personnel reasons. Made my way back with no reasons to leave again. Restarted my Health & Wellness Journey 1-28-18 So Happy to be Sparking again!
Goal weight is 120pounds.......... Working on it 1 step at a time!

My Goals:
- drink more water
- track my food daily
- do something positive everyday
- do some form of exercise even if only for 10 minutes
12-4-19 Updated goal list: is to reward myself for every 5 pounds I am down until I reach my goal.
I didn't do this for my 1st 38 pounds lost, but will for the next 82 pounds. Thank you to 1 of our team leaders Donna - GMADONNA70 from The Small Goals Commitment Challenge team for this motivational idea. Okay here we go with my reward list.

    Thanks for stopping by with a HI!! Hope you and Ginger are well. I had a great weekend. Enjoyed a lot of time at the Lake with family and friends. It was very busy, but I did manage to get in a pretty good amount of exercise between swimming, walking and kayaking. It's pretty tough getting in traditional exercise because it's been so darn hot!! Hope you are doing well. Starting another week already.... hope it's a good one. emoticon
