Introduction Text There is power and courage inside each one of us, waiting for an excuse to escape HI my name is Felice. I am 39. Happily married for 7 years. Together for 9. 19 year old daughter 26 year old son. I "Accidentally" found this site while searching for something else! I don't believe it was on accident, I do believe it was a divine appointment! It is time to start making GOOD choices and to turn my bad habits to good habits. mY STARTING weight with Sparkpeople was 357.(2006) My HIGHEST weight was 376. There is power and courage inside each one of us, waiting for an excuse to escape. **I AM DOING THIS!! I WILL WIN!!!************************ *************************** I AM DOING THIS!! I WILL WIN!!! But these things I plan won't happen right away. Slowly, steadily, surely, the time approaches when the vision will be fulfilled. If it seems slow do not despair, for these things will surely come to pass. Just be patient! They will not be overdue a single day! Habakkuk 2:3 When the going gets tougher than you ever thought it would, When you struggle despite and inspite of all you know, When you don't have the answer or the strength to seek it, that is when you HAVE to be here, not when the going is easy, not when its all happening, but when its not. You did good! I know how hard it is to come and hold hands up and say 'something's not right here' Here I am yet again. 3 YEAR ANNIVERSARY with Sparkpeople. I did a fantastic job the first 8 months, lost 100lbs. Then something happened. I am back at 345 today April 19th 2008. I weighed 287 last April.58lb gain in a year.... TODAY is the FIRST day of the REST OF MY LIFE. My choice... pitiful or powerful. I'm choosing powerful today! I know I CAN do this. I have done it. 3 YEAR anniversary 304#... maintained 72# loss Starting over... again.. 09-18-2009 302# February 2, 2020 Here I am again.... Fighting type II diabetes.... I had much success my first go 'round on here so here I am..... Trying. 10 years later. I'm in a much better place emotionally. Hoping.... Here's to never giving up.

HIGH PROTEIN breakfast 8-10 cups of waterdaily Begin with at least 10 minutes of physical activity/day. consume 3-5 fruits and veggies /day. TRACK MY FOOD!!!!!

My program is to make attainable goals for myself and DO THEM. Not justTALK or WISH about doing them!

This is not my first go round! I'm hoping to do something different this time... as to not gain all that I lost...again. IF You expect to succeed over the long haul, there is no regression or retreat to what you have always done before, or to what you have always been.
