Started Sparking Nov 2016. I have always been 10-15 pounds over my goal weight. After a rough end of 2015 and hard summer of 2016, I am now about 30 pounds over my goal weight. I am finding it harder now that I am older to lose the weight. I liked how much more stronger and healthier I felt when I was working out more and lighter.
Signed up in 2014 but didn't start.
