Hi my name is Danae. I am 37 years old stay home mom to 3 beatufl kids. I have 8 year old daughter, a 6 year old son and gonna be 3 in 6 more days little girl. My husband works at Direct TV. We been togeather for 18 years.
My goal on this sight is to loose some of my weight to feel heaither, more energized and to see my babies grow up and see my grandbabies when they have them.

1)eat heathy
2)exersie more
3)dink my water
For my December Goals
1) To eat heathier
2)Keep with my exersie
3)Drink more water
4)To sleep eight hours
5)to do my bible study
6)To have a heathy breakfast
7) get back to the gym
8) start writing in my journal
9) eat at the table as a family
