    Thank you for your comment on my blog. I do a lot of chair exercise and originally lost 103 pounds doing that and the walking. Paul Eugene on YouTube has lots of slow chair exercise to really fast ones. The fast ones can register active minutes on fitness trackers. Plus, like I mentioned in the blog, indoor bikes really help strengthen legs. All have helped me do better and longer walks recently.
    Thanks for adding me too. Looking forward to getting to know you better. I would have stopped by sooner, but my husband just retired and we've been really busy. What state do you live in? We've lived in Florida now for 16 yrs.
