My weight loss journey has been a long up hill battle. I took every side street that "promised" a faster route to being skinnier. I am not in my mid-forties, and I am currently overweight (still, again, etc).

Feb of 2018 I weighed in at my known heaviest (I could have been heavier but I didn't get on the scales to verify) I weighed in at 275 pounds. So I tried to get motivated along with my family and well that lasted a couple months, I lost about 15 pounds and just stopped.

When January of 2019 came around, I had had it with my excuses, and reasonings and misplaced conceptions about my health. I am not getting any younger, and time is going by faster and faster. I decided to give NOOM a try and told myself that it was the last time I was spending money on weight loss.

I stuck with Noom for two to three months, and I got no where. It wasn't enough to help me with my battle. I decided to quit and make my own plan.

I have been on my individual plan for a little over a month and I have seen more results than any other fad diet, and the best part is knowing that this weight will stay gone because I finally decided to stop taking short cuts and do it the right way the first time :)

My Goals:
first Goal: Lose 25lbs

Second Goal: Get into a size 14

Third Goal: Get into a size 12

Fourth Goal: Get into a size 10

Goal weight: 140lbs

Long term: Strength training to tone muscles while losing weight

Be in the best shape of my life.

My Program:
start small and add better habits at a slower pace so I am more apt to accept these changes and keep them instead of being thrown into a completely new lifestyle with a bunch of NO attached to it..

Personal Information:
Grew up in small town and now live in Los Angeles. I work in film/tv and I love what I do.

I am a work in progress and look forward to changing and molding myself into the person I want to be.

Other Information:
Music is a huge influence on my life, I live to go to concerts.

Traveling is a cherished hobby, there is nothing better than taking a trip somewhere new.

I love, love, love the open road.
