I have had quite the struggle this past 5 years. On and off again weight loss. I'm in a space now that I am working on myself slowly. I have really learned my triggers. I needed to see how I truly react to stress.. And I sabotage my own weight loss. I haven't liked what I saw in myself at times but it's been a journey of learning about myself. I think it always will be. I have promised myself that I will be here more often..and I will just be.

Fitness Minutes: 990

My Goals:
My New Goals for 2012 - 2013:
-I will get to my healthy weight goal
-I am going to tandem skydive within this year (scared to death!)
-I am going to raft the Colorado River in the USA (whitewater rafting is one of my favorite things-have not gone for 9 years!)
-I am going to hot balloon in Kanaskis country
-I am going to go horseback riding on mountain trails before the end of this November (up high high in the mountains..I am afraid of heights!) :)
-I am going to go heli-hiking and do heli-yoga within this year
-I am going to travel to and hike Mt Kilimanjaro within 12-18 months
-I am going to achieve an ideal BMI and blood pressure number
-I am going to make sure I laugh every single day
-I will do one random act of kindness (anonymously) each week
-I will rejoin Habitat for Humanity and get building!
I will add to this list as I check one thing off.. not a bucket list but a LIFE list :)


My Program:
I have been following a combination of the Spark program and Weight Watchers and joined a gym near my house. As well I attend hot yoga 3 days a week & have some great dvds for days when the gym is not in the cards. I find that I get amazing support from Spark members, great ideas for recipes etc..and I like that with WW I only weigh in once a week-keeps me from worrying over daily fluctuations!

My name is Sandi.. I have a really good sense of humor and I love to talk! I have a stubborn streak that I wish I could say applies to strong will power, but it doesn't... :) I try to be very positive, but have my down moments like every single person... I want to be healthy-plain and simple..and feel good about myself again :)
