Recently diagnosed with chronic kidney disease. I am wanting to get healthier, fitter, and more toned. I have been married to STEWIE852 for 23 years, and we are raising a wonderful daughter together. I want to get healthy so I can enjoy my family for a long time.

    Thanks for the blog comments and support. I did not buy easter candy for my daughters, I got them more grown up things like a custom bottle of wine and picnic baskets with snacks for them and their boys. Now, I AM going to my inlaws who are notorious junky food people. MY thing is today, if I dont start eating sugar, then I can keep strong. It is once I start that I have a hard time stopping. we will do our best and get back on tomorrow, deal?
