Hi and thanks for the welcome. I just exercise and try to eat very healthy. I stay at the bottom of my range and say no a lot. I love chocolate so I keep dark chocolate like dove hearts in my fridge. I only eat one at a time and that really helps, also skinny cow ice cream and my favorite fudgesicles!. I eat a ton of fruit and veggies. 4970 days ago

Hi Jean. Thank you so much for stopping by my page and for the kind words of encouragement. I have never gotten past day 5 of a diet before Sparkpeople, so I know how it feels to fail. The things that worked for me was being on sparkpeople everyday and logging food, water, exercise...everything! I even logged everytime I ate 5 reeces pieces, because sometimes you don't realize how much that adds up. Be totally honest! Also, use sparkpeople for support! If I was not doing well, I would start a thread and you would not believe the support! It got me through every time! Pray for strength! Remember that this is not a DIET, but a lifestyle change. Hi this is skinny granni aka Sandy I just count my calories and keep super busy throuhout the day. Eat a lighter dinner and a larger breakfast, that way I can work off the calories. 4989 days ago
