2016 - Time for a reset!
I've been away but need to be back. Weight gain due to lack of exercise and a lot of stress - 2015 was challenging! It's time to regain some balance, and prioritize my health and fitness correctly again!!
Couldn't believe my clothes just kept getting tighter, and decided it was time to plan and create the 2nd half of my life, and manage well the parts I can control!
Joined on May 9 with the goal of losing about 15-20 pounds... didn't own a scale but I didn't let that stop me - - ...

Joined on May 9 with the goal of losing about 15-20 pounds... didn't own a scale but I didn't let that stop me - - mainly just wanted to fit my clothes again :-) Being active and eating right is terrific. Giving myself grace when I "fail" is good work. Loving the journey... UPDATE:
Losing the weight has been more difficult that I had anticipated. Although my clothes generally fit better (and I fit almost everything again), the pounds just don't seem to want to go anywhere. Tempting to "give up", but I am going to keep at it until I see the results I know are possible. The good news is that the weight not releasing is keeping me way more active and engaged with healthy eating than I would be otherwise.
