My goal for 2014 is to lose this last 60lbs and finally be at a healthy weight. I have come so far and gained strength, wisdom and better habits that will last a lifetime.

Spirit
Read the Word of God every day to feed my spirit.
Pray for Strength
Food:
Pay attention to portions
Eat quality foods
Cut back on the junk (huge for me)
Exercise:
Cardio at least 45minutes five days a week.
Strength Train 3xs a week
Rest on Sunday!!!!!
Plan my workouts and meals and keep track on calendar
Weigh in once a week - Mondays (TOPS Meeting)
Stay Connected on Spark

I am a Daughter of the King, wife, mom, home maker, home educator all by the grace of God . My purpose is to honor God by being a good steward over this temple that I have been given. My passion is to be a blessing to those around me. SparkPeople is helping me to reach my goals one day, one step, one prayer at a time.
