When you want something you never had, you have to do something you've never done!


Hi! My name is Amy! I have been married for 15 years to a very great and supportive man. I'm a mother of 3 very lovable kids! We took up running in Jan. of 2010 and we are loving it! We ran 2 5k's in 2010. Now on to losing more weight and adding more muscle before any winter vacations can be planned!

My Goals:
* To get fit
*To eat healthy
* To run a 5K in August-Done did it in May
* Lose 10-15 more lbs.

My Program:
 I have been doing Jillian Michael's 30 day shred and Shred it w/weights. I also run either outside or on the elliptical! I have also tried Insanity and do some strength training!

    Hi Amy, thanks for the add. That's wonderful you got your first famliy 5k in. I would love if my son and Hubby would join me, but I know they'll be waiting for me across the finish line, cheering me on. That's good enough for me! SAw you are also on the Jillian team. Do you need to purchase a dvd?

    I just had to stop by and say hi! We started the same week and I always see your huddle quote. Not sure what happened to everyone on our team, guess they moved on! But anyway saw you are going to run a 5k w/ your family. Think that's awesome! I signed up for C25k and am on my 3 week and loving it. Have a great week!
