I actually enjoy working out - it just depends on the type of workout, having specific fitness goals, and keeping things interesting (I get bored easily).

I am a work in progress and it is O.K. to not reach every goal at the time I want to reach it. As long as there is progress, I am still winning.
Love myself and enjoy life no matter my size, weight, or fitness level.
Read food labels, cook from scratch, and have significantly increased my vegetable consumption.
A setback is just that. Dust yourself off and keep going. Only if you stop completely is when there is no progress.
The importance of non-scale victories (NSV) to measure progress. The number on the scale is just one of many ways to track your progress.
