I am 51, on Feb 13, 2016. I weighed in at 175.5. I lost 3 lbs before I happened on Spark people and found out I didn't just need to lose weight, but make a lifestyle change... So here I am now 164 still a ways to go, but now I realize it is more about getting healthy and strong as well as losing weight!!! A Big shout out to Spark People THANK YOU!!!!! You're Awesome helping people like myself.
