Hi from Hustisford! Just got your message. I've taken a break from SP but gearing up to return shortly after the new year begins. I have found that the best way to lose is to lose one pound (or 1/4 pound) at a time. It adds up over time. It is also easier to stick with a plan than to try to get back on a plan! Welcome to SP!!!!! I don't think it is really any pearls of wisdom however I will say that what has been working for me so far is tracking my food even when it has not been the best choices or within my ranges as it gave me a good place to see where I needed to make changes and then I made those changes slowly. I also found that I had to go outside of my comfort zone to stay more active. I am still working on it. I also try not beat myself up when I do slip up, I just pull myself back up and remember that each day is a new day to start over. :) You can do this, we both can!!!!!!
