Just keep going, no matter how long it takes. I came across a SPARKER the other day, who'd re-started, but in fact, she'd joined the same week I did back last October. Since she'd GAINED 10 more pounds, and I'd lost 35# so she really has made the decision to do it now.
Reading "SHRINK YOURSELF" by ROGER GOULD, M.D. has really helped me, because he says we turn to food from all the commercials and happiness is connected with EATING (parties, dancing, cook-outs, etc.) and we have such a connection. I have gotten so much out of understanding how to deal with emotional eating, that I'm really confident now that I will get slim again and STAY there.
