    Hi again! I just saw your comment on my page.

    No, I haven't read that book...Crave... what kind of book is it? I do love to read.

    I'd been doing really well with my program - only had 14 pounds to go to my goal. And then I slacked off the last couple of months... travel, lot of work, fatigue - and I gained back 13 pounds. I was very discouraged, but this week I'm back on track, and have taken off a couple of pounds.... I hope by the middle of Oct. to take off most of those regained pounds!!!
