It's about time I changed my lifestyle and I'm looking for help and a friendly buddy. I'm 23, working full-time as a college counselor at a private high school while also trying to get my Masters at night. Although I'm busy with work, I make time to swing dance...a lot. I dance at least 3 nights a week plus weekends but still need to lose those stubborn college pounds and the "living alone" pounds. Although I've never been horribly overweight, I want to tone up my body and feel confident about myself. I've struggled with eating disorders since I was in 8th grade, and hope that Spark can help me find support and confidence to lose weight and tone up the right way. My Goals:
My goal is to lose weight the healthy way. i've stopped setting a deadline for this because i realize getting healthy and learning how to love my body is more important than fitting into a bikini this summer. Health and self-confidence are the most important goals.

Only buy foods that are healthy and that I SHOULD eat.


My Program:
I'm trying to eat sensibly (not an easy thing to do when busy), dance for my cardio, and stick with Pilates and Spark strength program...but I have a hard time staying motivated.

at least 100 crunches a day to stay motivated and on task

I love to swing dance. i do Lindy Hop and a little bit of Balboa. I used to do latin dances and Flamenco, but it's been a while.
