I am in my weight loss journey and I am working on losing the weight that I gained in college and then some. I want to be a healthy weight. Right now my goal is 125 lb which should be reasonable for my height range. So here goes!

Start Weight 2 years ago was 209 lbs.

Start Weight this year was 195 lbs.

so now I am going to start recording my weight every week.

I walk every morning with my mother-in-law for 3miles.

2x week 1 hr Group Power at the Gymn

    Hey HG!

    It's a good day with the shoulder - thanks for the concern emoticon . I invested in a sports massage last week and this week. I going to switch my belay stroke up and see if tying into the ground anchors lets me loosen up on the shoulder activation. I also started yoga weekly at the rock gym. WOW!

    How's your day going? My fingers are crossed for extra luck - and because that's how I type.... emoticon

    Hope all is going well and that you're getting out and about and climbing all sorts of rocks and stuff :)

    Biked again today. We've been having really mild weather... great weather for riding.

    I am doing good. Tonight for the first time I ran for distance instead of time and I am so proud of myself. I did 3 miles in a little over 37 minutes not record breaking but for me a big accomplishment!!! How was your weekend???
