I'm not really sure what causes the top of the foot pain. It's a weird thing because I had ball of the foot pain while running the FW marathon and then when I ran the Dallas WR marathon didn't have pain at all. I didn't get the pain in the top of my foot until the Mon. after, kind of like residual pain. It lasted an entire week and a half. All I did was not run, ice it and take ibuprofen the entire week & a half. Now I am all better. I was told it could be a stress fracture that's been happening slowly and gradually but I don't know and am not going to get it checked by a dr. until it happens again.
Hope you figure out what the foot pain you are having is and if it continues. 3686 days ago

Hi Holly, Thanks for the comment to my blog of being a pescatarian. My plan to cook some delicious vegan sides that would compliment carnivores Thanksgiving day dinner, worked out well. They were quite the hit and I was totally surprised but happy at the same time.
Hope you don't mind but I'd like to friend you and support you through your journey to better health! 3705 days ago

Thanks for your comment on my blog. I'm fortunate that my 15 yo DS has always been a fitness nut (football player), and double fortunate that he'll still workout with me! Maybe your DS will get the bug too - having you as a role model surely won't hurt! 3706 days ago
