Hey there,
My name is Holly, i joined Sp september 2009. I was up and down with the weight loss but in the end i gained it all back..
I guess i wasent ready to take it seriously...
I have struggled with my weight for as long as i can remember.
In january 2011 something hit me, i was ready to get this weight off once and for all, i have never been so determined, so motivated in my life.
I decided to join weight watchers. (best thing i ever did)
i am losing weight and feeling great, im losing about 2 pounds per week which is normal for the program....
i have a long way to go but im going to get there and i cant wait...

My Goals:
*To be able to have a baby
*To feel mentally and physically better inside and out.
*To be and feel more comfortable and attractive.
*To not die young
*To be motivation for others
*To control my Blood pressure
*To get my diabetes under control
*To feel and be proud of me.
*To not be called th "big girl" anymore

My Program:
attend weight watchers meetings weekley...
walk at least 3 times a week, 3-6 km
track my points

Other Information:
My weight has caused many problems for me... I ate my way to type 2 diabetes, irregular periods, stress and anxiety, an overall horrible feeling and way to live... this is not who i am or who i want to be, i feel trapped inside my own body and its time to break free.....

    Thanks for your post! If you ever need someone to talk to, just let me know... I'm here. I actually have anxiety as well, but I don't take anything for it. I just try to manage it on my own the best I can. I also used to think I was dying whenever I had a panic attack, but I somehow haven't had one in about 4 or 5 years. I guess that whole experience has taught me to be patient and just try to live in the present moment, not thinking about a million what ifs.

    SP seems like a great place and very resourceful. I'm so glad I found it, especially after spending lots of time and money on various other programs. It's really encouraging to see other people strive for the same goals.

    Keep going for your goals. You can do it!

    Hey... yes i have facebook.. you can search me.. my name is Jenna Singh...thats awesome that you had whole wheat pasta and then a smoothi to top it all off!! -Good choices!! emoticon

    Earlier this morning i went for a walk down by the school then around my house , i speed walked for a few minutes and then walked regularly .. it was a awesome feeling.. For breakfast i drank 5oz of soy milk and then for lunch i had the other 6 inch of my sub.. and 2 cheese bread sticks.. -i kinda felt odd about eating the cheese breadsticks when i should of never got those.. but i reminded myself not to do that again.. and for dinner i had a spinach fruit salad with a corn tortilla chicken taco.. it was delicious!!!

    But right about now im gonna go out for my second walk around town.. i should be back within a hour or soo...

    We should set a goal together.. MY goal right now is to lose atleast 50 pounds by december.. thats when i go in for my next exam at the health dept.... Im really trying and im hoping for a awesome turn outt!!!
