    Yeah if I didn't have the free child care at the YMCA I would not be able to take classes and this week Hubby is working funky hours so I am not going to get any Y time in I will be resposible for keeping myself motivated and actually working out at home. Friends keep telling me if you want to go to the Gym you have a free one on base why don't you use it instead of paying for the Y but the one on base does not offer child care so it just doesn't work for me.
    My Hubby is Active Duty Air Force so he schedule changes so much and I have learned to never expect him home at the time he says he will be home our house is too small to put any sort of exercise equipment in the house so I am stuck working with my Ball and my own body. I am going to look into fit TV and see if that could help me on the days when I can't make it to the Gym or it is too crudy to do any exercise outdoors.

    Yes the results are slow comming and that is another one of my down falls at the time is when I don't see results I feel I am doing something wrong so I tend to just give up. (not a good thing) As of right now my calorie goals are 1300 but this (my first) week they have been so fluctuant that I know I am not doing so hot. I think it will be better when I get the chance to go grocery shopping again with my new menu that better distributes my calories.

    Hello, Nice to meet you. I am 24 and was thinking recently that I want to be in shape and living a healthy lifestyle by the time I am 25 that way I have no excuse not to be when I am 30. I joined Spark just this week, and feel that I should jump in full force. I have been going to the YMCA for almost 9 months now I have been doing Water Aerobics 2-4 times a week the whole time, it is a great workout and I love it. My set backs have been food, that is where Spark is going to help me. When I enter a food I ate and see the calories I think that is X more minute I have to run on the treadmill(my least favorite form of Cardio) so then I convince myself to cut that food out of my diet. I am going to start doing a few extra sessions of Pilates at home seeing they only offer it 2 times a week at the Y, and one of them being Saturday morning which is Family time. Well We could be SparkBuddies and keep one another Motivated if you would like I don't mind. I could actually you all the encouragement and pushing I can get.
