    You can do it! Just keep it simple, slow and steady. If you don't try to do too much to start, you will avoid burnout. Once you feel yourself starting to get bored, then add something for variety and incremental challenge.

    This is my 2nd New Year's Resolution with SparkPeople, and I know, I've been there. I lose and gain the same 10 pounds.

    This year, it's not about the weight for me, it's about building a strong foundation of healthy habits that will last my lifetime.

    I wanna live to see my grandkids (my sons are 7 and 4, but there's hope yet). emoticon

    I'm looking forward to focusing on the Start page's QuickTracks: water, fruits/veggies, and moving minutes. If I slack off next day, I don't sweat it, I'll just make it up the next day. No guilt, and no pressure.
