I have been described as fat for most of my life; however I wasn't really fat until my mid 20s. I just accepted that I was fat, and allowed myself to grow into it, instead of taking care of myself and doing the right things. I never saw myself as I see looking back at older pictures of myself. I was always self conscious about my body, when I didn't need to be.

Now as I am turning 35, I realize that either I need to change now, or I am going to end up in a hospital, or worse. I feel terrible about myself... I need to shop in specialty sections or stores for clothes that fit. I have changed the number on the scale numerous time to what I will "allow" myself to weigh. That number starts shrinking... today!!!!

My Goals:
Starting with losing 55ish lbs by June, but ultimately 200 pounds.

Eliminate soda from my diet (Serious soda addiction)

Get to the gym 3-5 days a week, minimum of an hour

My Program:
Maintain calories under 2500

Increase water and decrease soda consumption

Hit the gym 3-5 times a week, minimum of an hour, starting with treadmill, and changing workout as I feel more comfortable

Personal Information:
I am a Realtor in Grand Rapids, MI. I just finished up my first six months as a realtor and am looking forward to doing amazing things in 2019. I love my job, and for the first time in a long time am happy in my professional life.

I also drive for Uber as a way to meet potential clients and help work towards my goals of being debt free by 2021, including my mortgage and student loans for two people. I have a lot of goals for myself moving forward.

Other Information:
I love to read, write, and play video games, RPGs not first person shooters. I have been a restaurant manger for most of my life, so I love to cook and eat out at restaurants. I havent missed a Marvel or DC movie in theaters to date. I am an animal enthusiast who has a cat, a parrot, a snake, and a fish tank. My puppy passed earlier this year, I have been thinking in Spring it might be time to start checking out the local shelters. I am hoping they will be able help me with my fitness goals as well.
