    Hi! Thanks for the add. Keep trying with the Jillian Michaels DVD. It's hard to get all the way through. My wife could not get very far at first. But after a few tries she could.

    Leslie Sansone has a ton of DVD's. You can find many of her videos (or clips) on You Tube to check her out for free. Basically, she has four main steps - walking in place, side steps, knee lifts, and kicks. She sometimes incorporates other moves and has several strength training DVD's, too.

    The one I did tonight was 4 miles with intervals, so it incorporated the four steps (with a few others sprinkled in) - 3 minutes of fast walking, 2 minutes of boosted walking (jogging) for 5 intervals. The total workout time including warm up, cool down, and stretching was 50 minutes.

    You can do it i try working out as hard as i can for an 1 and a half. And eat as healthy as possible i eat lean cuisines snack on trail mix for a snack portion control it because calories can add up quickly.
